About me
Natalia's background includes 20 years of research, project management, and concept development in the cultural and creative industries. She focuses on cultural policy and evaluation; business planning; methodology development; sector studies; and feasibility studies.
Natalia has led research and evaluation projects for the Arts Council England, the British Council, and Nesta in the UK; and the Wallace Foundation and William Penn Foundation in the USA, among others. She has delivered programming and organisational strategies and feasibility studies for new cultural facilities and anchor cultural organisations in Europe, North America, and the Gulf; cultural plans for local authorities in the UK, New Zealand, and the USA; and business plans for museums, heritage sites, and performing arts organisations. She has also worked with private clients in the music and film sectors on creative legacy projects and touring strategies.
Natalia works on methodology development and implementation to deliver social impact evaluation and sustainability strategies and assessments for organisations and initiatives in the cultural and creative sectors – an evolving field where tailored approaches are important to designing and capturing impact.
