About me
My role as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer is to oversee the delivery of many of the Museum's business activities. Working closely and collaboratively with the Director and my Executive colleagues, I help shape the vision and strategy of the organisation. I lead a team of three Directors and two Heads of Department that cover the following business functions: Finance & HR; Digital Innovation & Services; Communications & Public Affairs; Exhibitions, Learning & National Programmes; Operations & Visitor Engagement; and Estate Management. I act as the Senior Responsible Officer for all major capital projects and programmes, including the NG200 programme of projects, events and activities that will take place in 2024/25 to celebrate the Gallery’s bicentenary.
